Luxury/High-End Residential Construction - Superintendent

A leading luxury custom homebuilder is seeking an experienced High-End Custom Home Superintendent This is a great opportunity to lead projects with values ranging from $1-7M and greater.

High-End Custom Home Superintednent Qualifications: 

• 5+ years proven track record in residential construction, experience in building high-end, luxury single family homes

• Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets

• Demonstrated ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently

• Excellent collaborator and communicator with a thorough understanding of construction procedures (including structure, building envelope, MEP, interior and exterior finishes)

• Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors

• Ability to think creatively and problem solve on the fly

• Four-year degree from an accredited university with construction management, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required

• Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement
