What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design
  • 5-12 years of experience across all phases of interior design projects
• Skills & Expertise:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with commercial, public sector, and sustainable design projects
  • Strong technical knowledge in detailing, codes, and documentation
  • LEED and NCIDQ certification are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior design projects from initial concept through to completion
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and develop thoughtful design solutions
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment
