Mechanical Project Manager

Join a leading mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large commercial and industrial HVAC, piping, and mechanical construction projects.

In this role, you'll manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, oversee financial performance, coordinate with field teams and clients, mentor junior staff, and ensure successful project delivery. Projects range from complex commercial buildings to healthcare, industrial, mission-critical, and institutional facilities.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of Mechanical Project Management experience
• Background with a mechanical, HVAC, or MEP contractor
• Experience managing multiple projects and project teams
• Strong financial management, forecasting, and scheduling skills
• Design-Build experience preferred
• Experience with healthcare, industrial, federal, data center, or large commercial projects is a plus
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
