This established and continually growing Restoration company is seeking a top notch Large Loss Project Manager.
Responsibilities
• As a Project Manager you will be the key leader of a team consisting of Certified technicians, job superintendents and and a project coordinator to assist you
• You will be responsible for properly managing and documenting 10-15 jobs at the same time from start to finish
Qualifications
• We are looking for a full time Project Manager with a minimum of 5 YEARS experience with managing Large Loss projects and remodel work
• Xactimate Level 3 Certification
• Active IICRC certifications
• Bachelors Degree or comparable work experience
• A clean appearance (no visible neck/face tattoos),
• Good people skills / customer service (a must to succeed in our company),
• The willingness and ability to learn fast and follow direction,
• Good employment history
• Xactimate: 3 years (Required)
• Construction management: 3 years (Required)
