Develop and manage site design and permitting strategies to meet client goals.
Lead a team in producing high-quality engineering plans for diverse land development projects.
Deliver professional testimony and client presentations to municipal boards, agencies, and stakeholders.
Manage project finances to ensure timely and profitable execution.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and fostering growth.
15+ years of site design and permitting experience in land development.
Expertise in industrial, commercial, retail, and residential projects.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Proven experience with client presentations and public testimony.
Located in or near Central Pennsylvania for occasional site visits.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.
