Legal Assistant | Kendall, FL (In-Office)
A plaintiff law firm in the Dadeland area is seeking a Legal Assistant with 3–5 years of experience to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, wants meaningful responsibility, and is looking for long-term stability with a growing firm.
The firm is willing to train the right candidate who has a strong foundation, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to learn.
What You'll Do

Manage case files from inception through resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents

Schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and client appointments

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering information

Request, organize, review, and summarize medical records and billing records

Maintain case calendars and litigation deadlines

Assist attorneys with filings and general case management
What We're Looking For

3–5 years of legal assistant experience

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency with Florida E-Filing procedures

Excellent attention to detail

Strong communication and client service skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

Plaintiff personal injury experience is a plus but not required
