This role is essential in keeping our systems running smoothly by tracking information across multiple platforms, including spreadsheets and CRMs.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry into various systems
Manage and update records across multiple platforms, including spreadsheets and CRM tools
Assist with administrative tasks to support day-to-day business operations
Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support or data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Prior experience working with a CRM system is a plus
