Immigration Attorney | Dallas, TX (In-Office)

A growing and well-established law firm in the Dallas area is seeking an Immigration Attorney with experience in family-based immigration and removal/bond hearings to join and help lead its immigration practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys client interaction, can manage matters independently, and is looking for a platform with long-term growth potential.

What You'll Do

  • Handle family-based immigration matters, including petitions, adjustment of status applications, waivers, and related filings

  • Represent clients in removal proceedings and bond hearings before immigration courts

  • Manage immigration cases from intake through resolution

  • Prepare petitions, motions, briefs, and supporting documentation for USCIS and immigration court matters

  • Advise clients on immigration options, strategy, and case progression

  • Attend court appearances and hearings as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Experience handling family-based immigration matters

  • Experience with removal defense and bond hearings

  • Ability to manage an active caseload with a high degree of independence

  • Strong client communication and case management skills

  • Comfortable appearing before immigration courts and government agencies

  • Licensed and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
