Project Manager – Entry Level
Salary: $65K–$85K + bonus potential (90-day review)

Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ year of residential or production construction experience (minimum)
• Young, hungry, and ready to grow long-term
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Tech-savvy (Windows, iPhone/iPad)
• Polished, professional, and presentable
• Reliable, responsive, and a good listener
• Willing to go the extra mile — including working holidays if needed
• Degree not required; construction science background a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily coordination with subcontractors
• Client and architect/engineer communication
• Support estimating and scheduling
• Project coordination — no physical labor
• Full ownership of white-collar site management tasks
