Business Valuation Manger

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're seeking a Business Valuation Manager to join an expanding full-service Public Accounting team. You’ll step into a high-impact role with strong demand already in place, covering high-level divorce cases, shareholder disputes, estate planning, and tax compliance matters. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in public accounting and wants to do meaningful, diverse work.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage business valuation engagements from start to finish
  • Analyze financials, records, and statements for accuracy and insights
  • Prepare IRS-compliant reports for tax and legal matters
  • Support internal training and development of staff
  • Maintain strong client relationships and support business development (not sales)
  • Mentor junior team members and support firm-wide strategic goals

What You Need

  • 8+ years in Business Valuation Services
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/MSc Finance preferred)
  • Public accounting experience is required
  • Relevant credentials: ABV, CVA, or ASA highly preferred
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Suite; experience with ValuSource Pro a plus
  • Experienced preparing and defending valuation reports submitted to the IRS

Pay: $110k - $150k

Experience: T8 years of Business Valuation Experience; Public Accounting Experience

License/Certification: ABV, CVA, or ASA
