Sales Manager / Business Development – Precast Concrete
Seeking a driven sales professional with a strong precast concrete background and a true hunter mentality to grow new business and expand market presence.
What This Role Does
Proactively identify, pursue, and close new precast concrete business
Develop relationships with contractors, engineers, developers, and owners
Drive sales from first contact through contract award
Stay active in the market, uncovering opportunities before they hit the street
Work closely with estimating, engineering, and production teams to win work
Track pipeline activity and consistently hit or exceed sales targets
What They’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in precast concrete - experience in this industry is a must to be considered
Proven hunter mindset with a track record of winning new accounts
Strong understanding of precast products, applications, and project cycles
Ability to build relationships quickly and sell at a technical level
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
Strong communication and follow-through
