An established food manufacturer with 80+ years of success is adding a Maintenance Supervisor following a major facility expansion. This is a leadership role for someone who wants influence, balance, and long-term career growth — not just a title.

What You’ll Own:
Lead daily maintenance operations supporting production
Coach and develop technicians while setting expectations and standards
Improve equipment uptime through preventive maintenance and root-cause problem solving
Partner with operations to support safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and support continuous improvement efforts
What They’re Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred)
5+ years leading or supervising maintenance teams
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments
Comfortable using CMMS/ERP systems and standard business software
A leader who’s hands-on, accountable, and people-focused
