Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager – Federal / DoD Experience Required (Travel)

Location: United States (Travel Required)Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:We are hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager with 10+ years of experience working for a General Contractor. This role requires a strong background managing federal and Department of Defense (DoD) construction projects. Candidates must have a stable work history and be open to travel.

Must-Have Requirements (Please Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These):

• 10+ years of construction project management experience

• Experience working for a General Contractor (GC)

• Proven federal construction and/or DoD project experience

• Stable work history (no job hopping)

• Willingness to travel for projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects (preconstruction through closeout)

• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and cost control

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

• Ensure compliance with federal, DoD, and safety regulations

• Serve as primary client contact and manage stakeholder communication

• Track project performance and implement corrective actions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• Experience with FAR and DFARS regulations

• OSHA certification
