We are working with an established law firm located in Cleveland seeking a motivated and talented Midlevel Corporate Attorney to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and support to clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure clients are well-informed and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
• Stay current with industry trends and changes in corporate law to provide the best possible legal advice.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of experience practicing corporate law.
• Bar admission in the state of Ohio and in good standing.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Compensation:

Salary for this position will depend on experience, but the firm is committed to staying competitive with compensation and benefits.
