Experience Level: Mid-Senior (Minimum 5 Years as a Project Manager)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who brings strong leadership skills and a drive to develop expertise in the MEP / HVAC field.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience managing construction projects. While prior MEP or HVAC-specific experience is a plus, it is not required. We welcome applicants from a General Contractor background who are motivated to dive into the mechanical side of construction. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow with our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage MEP/HVAC projects from pre-construction through closeout

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and internal teams

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders

  • Foster a positive, team-focused environment on the job site and in the office

  • Learn and apply MEP/HVAC-specific knowledge to enhance project execution

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

  • Background in general contracting strongly preferred

  • Willingness and eagerness to learn MEP / HVAC systems and processes

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
