Experience Level: Mid-Senior (Minimum 5 Years as a Project Manager)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who brings strong leadership skills and a drive to develop expertise in the MEP / HVAC field.
Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience managing construction projects. While prior MEP or HVAC-specific experience is a plus, it is not required. We welcome applicants from a General Contractor background who are motivated to dive into the mechanical side of construction. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow with our team.
Responsibilities:
Manage MEP/HVAC projects from pre-construction through closeout
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and internal teams
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Foster a positive, team-focused environment on the job site and in the office
Learn and apply MEP/HVAC-specific knowledge to enhance project execution
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Background in general contracting strongly preferred
Willingness and eagerness to learn MEP / HVAC systems and processes
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
