Estimator Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in estimating ground-up commercial Healthcare construction projects.
• A degree is preferred but not required.
• Responsible for overseeing profit and loss for assigned projects and developing regular margin projections.
• Develop and manage estimates for multiple simultaneous projects.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams.
• Track, price, and negotiate project cost changes.
