Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to join a growing construction team in the Atlanta area. This is a local, full-time position with no travel required.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in multifamily construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site construction operations
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and company policies
• Coordinate inspections, permits, and project documentation
• Monitor quality control and ensure workmanship meets project specifications
• Collaborate with Project Managers, owners, and stakeholders
• Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and sequencing
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project timelines
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus
