We’re looking for a builder, closer, and operator who can run projects in the field and grow business in the market.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
You’ll own the Iowa territory and be responsible for:
Running active industrial/construction projects from start to finish
Leading field crews and subcontractors in multiple locations
Building strong client relationships and winning repeat work
Identifying and driving new business opportunities
Being the face of the company in the field and with customers
Helping scale a growing Midwest operation
This is a hybrid of Project Manager + Business Development + Field Leader.
📍 WHERE YOU’LL WORK
You will be mobile across three key Iowa markets:
Eddyville (primary focus – 2–3 days/week)
Cedar Rapids (1–2 days/week)
Des Moines (1–2 days/week)
You’re not sitting still—you’re building a territory.

Strong in business development and relationship building
Confident managing multiple active field projects at once
Comfortable leading crews and solving problems in real time
Entrepreneurial, competitive, and growth-minded
Not afraid to be in the field 4–5 days per week
Interested in building something bigger than just a job

Steel, coatings, fabrication, mechanical, or self-perform contractors
Field supervisors ready to step into ownership-level responsibility
