A well-established and reputable Residential General Contractor based in Atlanta, Georgia has an immediate opening for a proven Estimator to join their growing team. This is a long-term career opportunity (not a contract role) with a company that boasts a strong project pipeline and extensive backlog of work.
Specializing in ground-up residential construction and renovations, their projects typically range from $5 million to $50 million in value.
🔨 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee bid day preparation
Manage preconstruction communication and coordination
Review and interpret bid documents including plans and specifications
Maintain organized job folders for active and pending projects
Develop conceptual budgets and assist with cost estimating in collaboration with senior staff
✅ Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an Estimator with a licensed Residential General Contractor
A 4-year degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Business Management is preferred
Equivalent relevant field experience may also be considered
