Business Development Manager – Commercial Construction Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in commercial construction, architecture, or engineering to join a growing and highly respected construction organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and industry partners.
- Identify and pursue new commercial construction opportunities.
- Lead client outreach, networking, and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with preconstruction and operations teams to support project pursuits.
- Participate in industry associations, events, and community engagement activities.
- Assist with proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business development, sales, client relations, architecture, engineering, or commercial construction experience.
- Established network within the commercial construction industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project delivery methods.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with General Contractors, Developers, Architects, or Engineering firms preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field preferred.
