The Opportunity:

One of our top clients is seeking a highly motivated and skilled General Dentist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to grow professionally and contribute to a successful and reputable practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including but not limited to:
    • Performing thorough examinations and diagnosing dental conditions.
    • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
    • Providing preventative care, such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
    • Performing restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, and bridges.
    • Providing prosthodontic services, including dentures and partials.
    • Performing basic endodontic procedures.
    • Performing simple extractions.
    • Educating patients on oral hygiene and treatment options.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
    • Adhering to all safety protocols and infection control procedures.
    • Collaborating effectively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other team members.
    • Participating in continuing education to stay current with advancements in dentistry.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid dental license to practice in the state of New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain one).  
  • Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and create a comfortable and trusting environment.
  • Proficiency in using dental software and technology.
  • A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
