Civil Litigation Attorney in Scottsdale

Job Description

I am partnered with a multi-state law firm that is looking to add a litigation Associate Attorney to their team. This position is with a firm that has excellent mentorship opportunities and growth opportunities.

Background Requirements

• 5-15 years of experience in private civil litigation defense 
• Experience taking depos, handling hearings or arguments
• Motions practice, dispositive motions
• Experience in state, federal and appellate courts
• Must be admitted in AZ with good standing
