What You’ll Do:
As the Director of Construction, you will take charge of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards are met or exceeded. You will lead, coach, and inspire a team of project managers, superintendents, and field personnel, while fostering strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders. Your role will also include:
Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Conducting regular site visits to assess progress and resolve field challenges
Driving strategic improvements using performance metrics and operational insights
Promoting a culture of innovation, safety, and accountability
Championing a family-first, team-oriented workplace culture
What You Bring:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management, including time as a Senior Project Manager
Proven leadership in managing large-scale commercial construction projects
Strong expertise in scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety compliance
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
A results-driven mindset with the ability to mentor teams and inspire performance
A passion for forward-thinking construction practices and continuous improvement
