I am actively recruiting for a well-known suburban firm looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney (Business/Franchise) to join their team. The right type of candidate will have the following:

• 5+ years’ experience practicing law in Illinois.
• Experience in franchise law, corporate/transactional law, regulatory, or CES 10ks.
• Experience handling deals and drafting corporate or franchise documents.
• Excellent judgment and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Great work and life balance.
• Must be licensed in Illinois.
