Bridge Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Bridge Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale bridge construction and repair projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background managing complex, high-value infrastructure work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations on bridge construction and repair projects
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and site activities to ensure safe and efficient execution
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, equipment, and materials
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and inspectors
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations
• Identify and resolve field issues in real time

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in bridge construction and/or bridge repair required
• Proven track record on large, complex bridge projects
• Strong leadership and field management experience
• Deep understanding of heavy civil construction methods and sequencing
• Ability to manage crews and multiple project priorities
