What You'll Do as a Commercial Roofing Inspector:
Inspect and assess conditions of all types of commercial flat roofing systems
Generate detailed reports with photos and expert recommendations
Collaborate with estimators to convert inspections into service work or re-roofing projects
Be the go-to Commercial Roofing Inspector who provides real, lasting solutions
Upload findings through the latest tech tools and platforms to ensure timely communication
What We Need From You:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial flat roofing (TPO, EPDM, Mod Bit, BUR, etc.)
Strong knowledge of roof systems, defects, and repair vs. replacement scenarios
Ability to climb, inspect, photograph, and professionally report your findings
Communication skills that turn technical info into client-friendly explanations
A proactive mindset—you're not just inspecting, you're consulting
