Job Description

An established agricultural and production-focused organization is seeking a highly organized professional to oversee inventory management, operational scheduling, compliance documentation, and purchasing coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient operations, accurate recordkeeping, and effective resource planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational schedules based on production requirements and environmental conditions.
  • Manage inventory levels through routine counts, usage tracking, and forecasting.
  • Procure materials and coordinate vendor orders to maintain adequate supply levels.
  • Review and reconcile vendor invoices for accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain operational records and enter data into company management systems.
  • Organize documentation to support audits, compliance reviews, and internal reporting.
  • Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in inventory management, scheduling, operations coordination, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, spreadsheet applications, and data management systems.
  • Experience working with inventory controls, purchasing processes, and recordkeeping.
  • Solid mathematical aptitude and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Work Environment

  • Primarily office-based with regular computer and administrative work.
  • Periodic visits to storage, warehouse, or operational facilities to verify inventory and records.
