Job Description

A growing production and operations-focused organization is seeking an experienced professional to oversee daily operational planning, logistics coordination, inventory management, quality processes, and compliance-related documentation. This role serves as a key link between production, transportation, procurement, and administrative functions to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities to support production goals and customer requirements.
  • Monitor product quality standards and ensure adherence to established safety procedures.
  • Schedule transportation resources and coordinate timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align operational schedules with production timelines and changing conditions.
  • Manage inventory levels, forecast material needs, and coordinate purchasing activities.
  • Review vendor invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documentation for accuracy.
  • Maintain operational records, compliance documentation, and reporting data.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in operations, business, agriculture, logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in operations management, logistics coordination, inventory control, quality assurance, or production environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, spreadsheet applications, and business management software.
  • Knowledge of scheduling, inventory forecasting, procurement, and process coordination.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

  • Combination of office, operational, and outdoor work environments.
  • Regular interaction with production teams, warehouse personnel, transportation providers, and vendors.
