Job Description

A local LLC is seeking Commercial Construction Superintendents to join our team! These candidates will oversee project planning, scheduling, job site supervision, and see project through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from start to finish
• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate onsite subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city officials, and clients
• In charge of safety, scheduling, daily reports, meetings, etc
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as Commercial Project Superintendent
• Familiarity with computers, EXCEL, Word, Outlook, etc. for reporting and scheduling
• Must have good communication skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented
