SALES EXECUTIVE – TRANSPORTATION (Truckload)

REMOTE 

Location: Remote (U.S.) Compensation: $90,000 – $150,000+ Base Salary (DOE) + Commission + Performance Incentives

Are you a proven transportation sales professional with a transferable book of business and a track record of delivering results?

We are partnering with a growing transportation and logistics provider seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to expand its customer base and drive revenue growth. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced logistics sales professional who has established truckload relationships and is looking for a company that values performance, flexibility, and entrepreneurial thinking.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and grow new business opportunities within the transportation and logistics sector.
  • Transition and expand existing customer relationships where legally permissible.
  • Sell transportation solutions with a primary focus on Full Truckload (FTL) services.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services including LTL, expedited, intermodal, drayage, warehousing, and other logistics solutions.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through account development and long-term relationship management.
  • Collaborate with operations and carrier teams to ensure exceptional customer service and execution.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years of logistics and transportation industry experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of transportation sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success selling truckload transportation services.
  • Existing customer relationships and a transferable book of business with truckload shippers.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to develop, maintain, and grow accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
