Civil Project Manager – Land Development | Mid-Atlantic Design Specialist
Location: Frederick County, MD / Stafford County, VA (Near Washington, D.C. Metro)
Salary: $120,000–$150,000 + Bonus

You’ll Own:
Civil site design: grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities.
Manage permitting and approvals across multiple jurisdictions.
Oversee project teams and mentor junior engineers.
Engage directly with developers to shape project outcomes.
You’ll Bring:
8–12 years of civil land development design.
PE license (MD/VA/DC preferred).
Advanced Civil 3D skills and confident client communication.
