Audit Senior Manager – Partner Track Location: New Jersey Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
A prestigious and rapidly growing CPA firm in the New Jersey area is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated audit professional with aspirations of becoming a partner in the near future. Key Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of audit experience within a public accounting firm
Licensed CPA with a proven track record of successful team leadership and management
Experience in auditing not-for-profit organizations is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
Outgoing personality with an entrepreneurial mindset
Additional Details:
This role requires up to 20% travel, primarily consisting of 2–3 days per week over a 10-week period
