Job Description

Job Posting: Senior Loan Servicer Location: Dallas Texas Type: Full-Time | Community Bank Compensation: Competitive, based on experience up to $200k plus bonus

A growing, relationship-driven community bank is seeking an experienced Senior Loan Servicer to join our team. This critical role focuses on the full post-closing loan lifecycle, ensuring accuracy across our core systems and supporting all payment, escrow, and payoff activities. This is not a loan operations or loan closing position—we are specifically seeking a senior-level professional with strong accounting skills and deep loan servicing expertise.

Key Responsibilities: • Process and reconcile daily loan payments, payoffs, escrow disbursements, and loan advances • Maintain the integrity of loan data within the bank’s core processing system • Research and resolve servicing issues, customer inquiries, and payment discrepancies • Perform regular system maintenance including rate adjustments, payment recalculations, and amortization schedule updates • Monitor and manage escrow accounts, including tax and insurance disbursements • Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements • Collaborate closely with accounting to support general ledger balancing and reporting • Assist with process improvements and servicing system upgrades as needed

Qualifications: • 3–10 years of hands-on experience in loan servicing (post-closing servicing, not loan operations or documentation) • Strong technical proficiency with core banking systems and accounting functions • Experience servicing real estate-secured loans, including escrow management • High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-driven approach • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment

Why Join Us: Be part of a stable, supportive community bank that values precision, accountability, and professional growth. We offer a collegial environment where your expertise will make a direct impact.

To Apply: Please submit your résumé along with a brief cover letter summarizing your loan servicing experience.
