Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on tax planning strategies
Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering growth and collaboration
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
Active CPA license (required)
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting
Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax codes
Experience managing staff and leading client engagements
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
