A well-established Florida law firm is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join its team in Vero Beach. This is a great opportunity for an early-career attorney looking to build and develop their trusts and estates practice while working alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

The firm works closely with individuals and families on estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters, providing an excellent platform for attorneys who want to gain meaningful hands-on experience and grow within a strong practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Advise clients on foundational estate planning strategies and wealth transfer planning
  • Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
  • Assist with probate and trust administration matters
  • Support senior attorneys on more complex estate and tax planning strategies
  • Work collaboratively with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals involved in estate planning matters
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver thoughtful legal guidance

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Florida Bar member in good standing
  • 1+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, or trust administration
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
  • Motivated, detail-oriented attorney eager to learn and grow in trusts and estates
