A well-established and rapidly growing national food company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand business across the Southeast (FL, GA, SC, NC, AL, MS, LA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school foodservice directors, distributors, and brokers
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within the K-12 channel
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by offering tailored product solutions
  • Partner with brokers to drive visibility and demand
  • Represent the company at industry events, food shows, and customer meetings
  • Leverage sales data and insights to guide decision-making and growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of foodservice or food sales experience
  • K-12 experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive results
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a high level of accountability and initiative
  • Comfortable managing a multi-state territory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Travel:

  • Approximately 60% travel (2–3 days per week, 25–30 weeks per year)
