Job Posting: Loan Servicing Specialist Location: Dallas Texas Type: Full-Time | Community Bank Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

A growing community bank is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our core loan systems and ensuring timely processing of payments, payoffs, and escrow activity. This is not a loan operations or closing position—we’re looking for true servicing professionals with strong accounting skills and a focus on post-closing loan lifecycle support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily loan payments, payoffs, and escrow disbursements
• Maintain and reconcile loan balances in the bank’s core system
• Research and resolve loan servicing issues and customer inquiries
• Perform routine system maintenance including rate changes, payment recalculations, and amortization updates
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with accounting to support accurate reporting and reconciliation

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in loan servicing (not loan operations or closings)
• Strong working knowledge of core banking systems and general accounting principles
• Experience with real estate loans, including escrow and payment processing
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
