Senior Civil Project Manager – Land Development | Southeast Growth Leader
Location: Cobb County / Gwinnett County, GA (Near Atlanta Metro) Salary: $130,000–$160,000 + Bonus

You’ll Lead:
Full civil site design: grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, site layout.
Coordinate permitting, entitlements, and approvals with local authorities.
Mentor engineers and oversee quality across multiple projects.
Be the client-facing technical expert on all design decisions.
What You Bring:
15+ years of land development design experience.
PE license (GA preferred).
Civil 3D and hydrology modeling mastery.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
