Job Description

We are working with a reputable and growing organization in the equipment/agriculture/industrial sector seeking a Parts Manager to lead and develop their parts department. This role will oversee a team of up to 4 employees and is ideal for a hands-on leader who can balance customer service, inventory management, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of up to 4 parts professionals
  • Oversee daily parts department operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and cycle counts
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with service and sales departments to support overall business goals
  • Monitor KPIs, margins, and departmental performance metrics
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in parts sales or parts management
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Background in agriculture, heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial parts highly preferred
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of parts systems
  • Experience with inventory management and ERP systems
