Associate Attorney (Plaintiff Personal Injury, Pre-Litigation) | Century City, Los Angeles

A high-performing, fast-growing plaintiff personal injury firm in Century City is actively seeking a driven Associate Attorney ready to accelerate their career.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload from start to resolution
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building trust and guiding strategy
• Analyze liability, injuries, treatment, and damages to maximize case value
• Negotiate aggressively with insurance adjusters to secure strong settlements
• Partner with case managers, legal assistants, and leadership to move files efficiently
• Identify when cases should settle vs. escalate to litigation

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff-side strongly preferred)
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• Hungry, competitive, and coachable—someone who wants to win and grow
• Strong communicator who can confidently handle clients and negotiations
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Compensation & Upside

• $150,000 base salary
