We’re currently seeking an experienced Senior Highway Project Manager to join our Transportation Business Line in the Baltimore area. This position offers a flexible work schedule—virtual or in-office—and the opportunity to lead meaningful infrastructure projects that make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to the design of highway, bridge, and traffic projects such as interstates, interchanges, traffic management systems, and ADA-compliant improvements.

  • Prepare and review all project deliverables, including layouts, final plans, reports, specifications, and cost estimates.

  • Supervise and mentor design engineers and technicians.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and oversee subconsultant performance.

  • Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients and project stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

  • Education: BSCE required; MSCE preferred.

  • Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in highway design and project management.

  • Experience with DOT and SHA project standards, specifications, and guidelines.

  • Hands-on expertise with MicroStation (preferred), AutoCAD, or Civil 3D.

  • Familiarity with roadway modeling software (InRoads, OpenRoads) and AASHTO policies.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.

  • Valid driver’s license.
