ATTORNEY — INSURANCE DEFENSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop and execute case strategies on insurance defense personal injury matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop and refine case strategies.
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, document requests, and depositions.
- Represent clients in proceedings including hearings, mediations, and arbitrations as matters progress.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards throughout every stage of representation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an attorney who is admitted to the Oklahoma Bar and in good standing, holds a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, and brings strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills to the table. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Experience with litigation procedures in Oklahoma state and federal courts is a plus, as is proficiency with MS Office Suite and document management or timekeeping systems such as Juris or Perfect Law. Prior insurance defense experience is preferred but not required — what matters most is a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in this area of practice.
