A growing Dental Support Organization (DSO) is seeking an experienced Dental Director to lead clinical operations at its Laurel Springs, NJ location. DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school (required)
Active dental license or willingness to obtain licensure in New Jersey
Several years of clinical experience, including leadership or management responsibilities
Proven ability to lead, coach, and support clinical teams
Strong communication and organizational skills
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the practice
Mentor and support associate dentists and clinical staff
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with operational leadership to drive performance and patient outcomes
Serve as a clinical ambassador for the organization
