Position: Plaintiff-Side Class Action Employment Attorney
Location: Fully Remote (Active CA License Required)

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Plaintiff-Side Class Action Employment Attorney to join a collaborative, mission-driven firm. This fully remote position focuses exclusively on wage and hour class actions and PAGA claims. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of litigation experience, with trial experience preferred but not required. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Litigate wage and hour class actions and PAGA cases on behalf of employees.

  • Handle all aspects of litigation from intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.

  • Represent clients in complex class and representative actions involving unpaid wages, misclassification, meal and rest break violations, and other labor code issues.

  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated attorneys and legal professionals to achieve meaningful results for clients.

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and co-counsel while managing a caseload in a remote work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of litigation experience (employment law or related field preferred).

  • Strong litigation skills, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities.

  • Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.

  • Trial experience preferred but not required.
