Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive litigation support, including trial preparation, document management, and case organization.

• Draft, review, and format legal documents, correspondence, and filings.

• Assist with discovery, depositions, and exhibits preparation.

• Coordinate schedules, hearings, and court filings, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Collaborate closely with attorneys and other team members to support trial strategy and case management.

• Maintain and organize case files, databases, and legal research materials.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in litigation support or trial preparation.

• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and document management.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

• Proficient with legal software, Microsoft Office, and document management systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
