Experience: Minimum of 5 years in insurance defense, with a strong emphasis on product liability and general liability cases
Litigation Proficiency: Skilled in case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial prep
Licensed: Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
Confidence & Independence: Ability to manage your own caseload from intake through resolution while working closely with a collaborative team
Deep knowledge of insurance law, product liability, and litigation best practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality legal work under deadlines
