What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in insurance defense, with a strong emphasis on product liability and general liability cases

  • Litigation Proficiency: Skilled in case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial prep

  • Licensed: Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing

  • Confidence & Independence: Ability to manage your own caseload from intake through resolution while working closely with a collaborative team
