Working with a well-respected company that needs a certified crane operator in the Kansas City area that will be responsible for operating cranes and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. This individual will need to have a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures, as well as the ability to operate complex machinery with precision.
Key responsibilities of this job may include:
Operating cranes and other heavy equipment according to safety regulations and manufacturer instructions.
Conducting pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
Moving materials and equipment to and from work areas using cranes and other heavy equipment.
Communicating with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations and ensure safety.
Maintaining records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs.
Identifying potential hazards and taking appropriate action to prevent accidents or injuries.
Participating in safety training programs and keeping up to date with changes to safety regulations.
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
Certification as a crane operator
A Class CCA license
A strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
Excellent communication skills
The ability to operate complex machinery with precision.
Good record-keeping skills
A willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
