We’re seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Employment Attorney to join our Boston-based practice. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys counseling employers, handling workplace disputes, and navigating the ever-evolving landscape of employment law.
What You’ll Do:
Advise employers and/or employees on federal and Massachusetts employment law matters
Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks
Handle employment-related litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination claims
Represent clients before state and federal courts and administrative agencies
Conduct legal research and provide practical, business-oriented guidance
Collaborate with colleagues on complex workplace matters
What We’re Looking For:
JD from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar
2+ years of employment law experience
Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
Professionalism, sound judgment, and a client-focused approach
