Job Description

Legal Career Opportunity: Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney (Nashville, TN)

I am currently representing a Nashville-based personal injury firm seeking a dedicated Plaintiff Attorney to join their growing team. This firm is unique in its approach, trading the "billable hour" grind for a high-performance, team-oriented culture that prioritizes professional development and client results.

If you are a self-starter who values collaboration over internal competition and wants a clear path for growth, this is an ideal move.

The Role & Environment

My client is looking for a reliable advocate to manage a diverse caseload from intake through resolution. This is an in-office role in Nashville, designed for those who thrive on face-to-face collaboration and active mentorship.

  • Practice Focus: 100% Plaintiff-side Personal Injury.

  • Workflow: Manage matters from initial intake through trial; handle pre-litigation negotiations and settlements.

  • Culture: High-energy, supportive, and communicative. The firm holds regular team meetings and has a strong expectation of participation and presence.

  • Growth: Significant emphasis on training. Whether you are moving into litigation or refining your pre-litigation skills, they invest heavily in their attorneys.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of Personal Injury experience (Plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred).

  • Litigation: Trial or litigation experience is a major plus, but they are willing to train attorneys who show strong aptitude and a "self-starter" mentality.

  • Work Style: You must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and value clear, consistent communication with your team.

Compensation & Career Tracks

The firm offers two distinct tracks based on your experience and career trajectory:

  • Pre-Litigation Track: $90,000 – $120,000 base salary + a performance-based year-end bonus.

  • Litigation Track: Highly competitive and flexible. My client is open to tailoring a significant package for an experienced litigator with a proven track record.

  • Benefit Note: No billable hour requirements. Focus on quality of work and case outcomes rather than time-tracking.
