Land Development Engineer - Stormwater Management in Gettysburg

Job Description

We’re partnering with a growing civil engineering firm seeking a Senior Land Development Engineer with 10+ years of experience. This fully remote role focuses on stormwater management design for complex projects across various sectors in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead grading and stormwater management designs for land development projects.
• Prepare stormwater management plans/reports for NPDES and E&S submissions.
• Collaborate with review staff for permitting efforts.
• Mentor and train junior team members to enhance design skills and capabilities.
• Deliver high-quality design documents for clients.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of land development design experience, with a focus on stormwater management.
• Strong knowledge of stormwater management theory and design.
• Experience with projects in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey (Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Residential).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and stormwater management software.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
